Happy Veterans’ Day
My glory days.
I could never understand why Veterans Day does not have an apostrophe. Veterans Day is great but “Veterans’ Day” means so much more. The apostrophe gives the day to the Veterans who have serviced this country well. I don’t want to preach but tell your Congressman that it should be changed. Anyways, my glory days have been long over but at times I wish I could be back there. The military was part of my life and many others who are close to me. Those are the “moments” I will never forget, even the one-handed woman. In closing, on this glorious Veterans’ Day, give thanks to those who have serviced this country. Be safe.
